MAKING IT HAPPEN, TOGETHER!
RIO DO RASTRO MARATHON
It is with great pride that Diklatex sponsors the Rio do Rastro Marathon, one of the most challenging running and cycling events in Brazil. This race represents the most important values of Diklatex - the love for the challenge, the passion for the sport, the overcoming in its most primitive form, and the search for constant improvement.
ARAMIS
Aramis brought to Diklatex the challenge of creating a technological fabric for the manufacture of a shirt that would provide the modern man with practicality, comfort and sophistication. The dobby surface in two colors ensured a tailor-made appearance and fit, with more comfort and a composition that does not wrinkle. The Diklatex technological combo guarantees even more technicality and quality to the Aramis product that originated the ‘Camisa Malha Tech’.
RESERVA
Caring for people is part of our values! We believe that by taking the necessary steps to prevent the new Coranavirus, we will be able to get around this delicate and unprecedented situation more effectively. By developing antiviral technology for fabrics, we closed a partnership with Reserva, which made fabric masks to help fight the pandemic. The masks also feature Truelife® SMART technology, which repels liquids, and Truelife® DRY, which helps to transport moisture.
INCICLO
Always believing in the harmony of the female body and the planet, and in the creation of intelligent products, Inciclo - a pioneer brand in Brazil in the sale and production of menstrual collectors - decided to launch a collection of absorbent panties, and chose Diklatex as a partner in this project. Aiming to bring more well-being and safety to women and the environment, we use our textile expertise to develop an intelligent, high-absorption formula for more durable and sustainable panties and pads, focused on menstrual cycles and cases of urinary incontinence.
Bertucci Smart Uniforms
Seeking to minimize cross-contamination, Bertucci has developed hospital uniforms with Diklatex's Truelife® SHIELD FAST antiviral technology. The objective was to ensure more safety for professionals who have daily contact with people infected with the new coronavirus. Technological scrubs, lab coats, masks, pants and shirts were developed.

SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

Dope Dyeing production process

COLOR PIGMENTS
+ POLYMER
Dope Dyeing - processo-06
> YARN FOR FABRIC PRODUCTION
> CONSUMES LESS ENERGY
> CONSUMES LESS WATER
Dope Dyeing - processo-05
> USES LESS CHEMICALS
Dope dyeing is a production technique use for dyeing synthetic fibers such as acrylic, nylon and polyester. In the dope dyeing technique, color pigments are added to the polymer solution while it is still liquid, before the yarn is produced, making the color a part of the fiber. This ensures less color variation between batches compared to traditional dyeing techniques. Traditional dyeing of synthetic fibers requires a two-step process – in the first step, the fibers are produced without color; and in the second step the color is applied to the surface of the fiber. In the dope dyeing technique, one step is eliminated. This reduces water consumption by up to 90% and the use of traditional chemicals by 98%.

WHERE ARE WE

Joinville is the most important industrial hub in Santa Catarina and the third in the southern region of Brazil. With the highest GDP in the state of Santa Catarina, Joinville stands out for its logistical differential: it is located next to important highways, less than 100 km from four international ports and two airports, in addition to the railway. Renowned economic groups in the country from various sectors have settled in the city.
