MAKING IT HAPPEN, TOGETHER!
RIO DO RASTRO MARATHON
It is with great pride that Diklatex sponsors the Rio do Rastro Marathon, one of the most challenging running and cycling events in Brazil. This race represents Diklatex's most important values – the love for the challenge, the passion for the sport, overcoming in its most primitive form, and the quest to always improve.
ARAMIS
Aramis brought to Diklatex the challenge of creating a technological fabric for making a shirt that would provide modern man with practicality, comfort and sophistication. The dobby surface in two colors guaranteed a tailored appearance and fit, with more comfort and with a composition that does not wrinkle. The Diklatex technological combo adds even more technicality and quality to the Aramis product that originated the ‘Camisa Malha Tech’.
RESERVA
Caring for people is part of our values! We believe that by doing the necessary practices to prevent the new coronavirus, we will be able to circumvent this delicate and unprecedented situation more effectively. When developing antiviral technology for fabrics, we closed a partnership with Reserva, which made fabric masks to help fight the pandemic. The masks also feature Truelife SMART technology, which repels liquids, and Truelife DRY, which assist in transporting the moisture.
INCICLO
We always believe in the harmony of the female body and the planet, and in the creation of smart products, Inciclo – a pioneer Brazilian brand in the sale and production of menstrual cups – decided to launch a collection of absorbent panties, and chose Diklatex as a partner in this project. Aiming to bring more well-being and safety to women and the environment, we used our textile expertise to develop a smart formula with high absorption for more durable and sustainable panties and absorbents, focused on menstrual cycles and cases of urinary incontinence.
BERTUCCI SMART UNIFORMS
Seeking to minimize cross-contamination, Bertucci developed hospital uniforms with Diklatex's Truelife SHIELD FAST antiviral technology. The goal is to ensure more safety for professionals who have daily contact with people contaminated with the new coronavirus. Technological scrubs, lab coats, masks, pants and t-shirts were developed.

Production process with DOPE DYEING

COLOR PIGMENTS
+ POLYMER
Dope Dyeing - processo-06
> THREAD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF FABRICS
> CONSUME LESS ENERGY
> CONSUME LESS WATER
Dope Dyeing - processo-05
> USE LESS CHEMICALS
Dope dyed is a production technique to dye synthetic fibers such as acrylic, nylon and polyester. In the Dope Dyeing, the color pigments are added to the polymer solution, however liquid, before the production of the hilo, so that the color forms part of the fiber. This ensures less color variation between batches compared to traditional dyeing techniques. The traditional fabric of synthetic fibers requires a two-step process: in the first place, the fibers are produced without color; and second, the color is applied to the surface of the fiber. In the Dope Dyeing, one step is eliminated. This reduces water consumption by 90% and the use of traditional chemical products by 98%.

WHERE ARE WE

Joinville is the most important industrial center in Santa Catarina and the third in the southern region of Brazil. With the highest GDP in the state of Santa Catarina, Joinville stands out for its logistical differential: it is located next to important highways, less than 100 km from four internationally renowned ports and two airports, in addition to the railway line. Renowned economic groups in the country from different sectors have established themselves in the city.
